Maybe it's not being able to sleep
The way memories come back in brilliant colors
And poignant, flashing images
Maybe it's spending hours looking for a letter
Days for a picture
Even in the kitchen cabinets
Maybe it's ignoring the realities
Like her husband
And child
That makes me wonder if this is healthy
